📋 Description

• Support development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly COGS forecasts for Non-Medicare commercial segments • Perform monthly COGS variance analysis and communicate drivers including MAC rates, drug mix, pharmacy utilization, and network design changes • Build and maintain financial models assessing COGS impact of MAC rate movements, formulary updates, network changes, and client-level utilization behavior • Prepare weekly network performance updates and management reporting packages • Support ad-hoc analytical requests, special projects, and scenario modeling as directed by the Manager and Director • Report to the Manager, FP&A Non-Medicare Network Margin COGS • Provide analytical support for CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business across Large Client, CarelonRx, Aetna, FEHBP, and Maintenance Choice segments

🎯 Requirements

• Financial planning and cost analysis experience, ideally in a PBM, managed care, or health benefits environment • Understanding of pharmacy COGS drivers including MAC pricing, drug mix, and pharmacy network utilization • Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets • Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred • Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose multi-driver variances and communicate findings clearly • Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare management-ready reporting • Collaborative work style; ability to partner with Network Pricing and Operations teams • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • Master's degree preferred
