📋 Description

• Formulate pricing strategy and execute financial modeling of comprehensive PBM pricing offers • Analyze retail network, mail order, specialty, and pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates for PBM client contracts • Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services on pricing and negotiation strategy • Provide recommendations to achieve revenue and profitability targets for new business growth and margin retention • Apply advanced Excel modeling techniques to analyze pharmacy claims data • Build forward-looking financial forecasts and profit and loss statements • Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during Executive Underwriting Approval Calls • Respond to financial questions in real time • Support Underwriting Managers and Senior Managers with ad hoc financial analyses and client implementation projects • Execute and implement evolving pricing strategies to provide competitive, profitable, and attractive pricing offers • Support accurate pricing implementation and minimize service warranties and performance guarantee payouts

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years’ financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel in complex data analysis • Basic knowledge of PBM finance • Experience managing complex projects over 3–12 months in a matrix environment • Ability to interact with others in a professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing • Advanced Excel modelling • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent work experience may be considered
