📋 Description

• Research and review compliance-related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings • Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies • Support settlement intake requests and related research activities • Respond to information requests from internal and external partners • Monitor compliance activities to identify, track, and report trends • Prepare and maintain monthly reporting • Maintain documentation, trackers, and other compliance-support materials • Partner with regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and departmental priorities • Handle Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience • 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and concisely to internal and external partners • Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines • Strong MS Office skills • Strong attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Critical thinking skills • Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to learn business concepts, objectives, and processes quickly • Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience • Preferred: Knowledge of self-funded health plans and Third-Party Administrators • Preferred: Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements • Preferred: Experience supporting reporting, trend analysis, or compliance documentation
