📋 Description

• Support research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings • Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies • Support settlement intake requests and related research activities • Respond to requests for information within area of responsibility from internal and external partners • Monitor compliance activities to help identify, track, and report trends • Prepare and maintain monthly reporting • Maintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activities • Partner with the regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and ongoing departmental priorities • Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience • 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external partners in a clear, accurate, and concise manner • Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines • Strong MS Office skills
