📋 Description

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the healthcare marketplace, pharmacy benefits management industry, CVS Health data warehouses, and CVS sales/pricing strategies • Provide key insights to pricing partners by analyzing client data • Work with Strategic Proposals Management and Underwriting teams to provide clients with enhanced pricing options and analytical insights • Perform data analytics supporting client-specific setups and plan designs • Partner with Underwriting to define, scope, and deliver analytical solutions reflecting RFP requirements • Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders • Adjust analyses based on changes in requirements, assumptions, and methodologies • Support cross-functional teams through ad hoc reporting, specialty projects, and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets • Demonstrated experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions • Ability to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way • Ability to appropriately prioritize competing client requests to ensure focus on highest impact activities • Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner; leverage team resources to support assigned clients; help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines • Knowledge of SAS, R, or SQL is preferred • Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry is preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
