📋 Description

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the healthcare marketplace, pharmacy benefits management industry, CVS Health data warehouses, and CVS sales/pricing strategies • Analyze and forecast client data to support competitive, profitable, and attractive pricing offers • Utilize SAS and SQL to conduct data analytics aligned with client setup and plan design • Scope analytical requests and partner with Underwriting to ensure data projections accurately reflect RFP requirements • Communicate key takeaways, results, analytic findings, and conclusions to internal partners • Adapt to changing requirements, assumptions, and data projection methodologies • Collaborate with internal partners on ad-hoc projects • Work with Strategic Proposals Management and Underwriting teams to provide enhanced pricing options and analytical insights • Apply advanced Excel expertise, data modeling, statistical analysis, and healthcare claims data knowledge • Explain analytics and applied assumptions to internal partners at varying levels

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets • Demonstrated experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions • Ability to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way • Ability to appropriately prioritize competing client requests • Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner • Ability to leverage team resources and foster teamwork and knowledge sharing • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines • Knowledge of SAS or SQL is preferred • Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry is preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
