📋 Description

• Support underwriters at client insurance companies with parts of the property and casualty insurance underwriting process • Enter potential policyholder information into client systems • Map property locations to the nearest body of water • Verify process completion and accuracy, then combine documents into final policy documents • Sort and filter Excel data, including states, vehicle types, payroll, and sales information • Analyze and enter required information into systems • Standardize spreadsheet data using pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Search for and correct addresses into required formats • Convert Word and PDF documents into Excel • Use Google, Google Maps, and Bing to identify business types, street addresses, and latitude/longitude • Use Google Translate to translate documentation from international client offices • Complete company-provided training on client systems and processes • Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. EST hours

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level position • Good Excel skills, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Adobe • Good decision-making skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Organized and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments • Flexibility to work in multiple systems simultaneously • Reliable and secure high-speed internet access; hotspots are not permitted • Must live in and be able to work from home in the United States of America • Must be fully able to work in the United States without employment sponsorship now or in the future • Candidates do not need to be bilingual
