📋 Description

• Support Caremark’s largest client, New England Joint Enterprises (NEJE) • Determine eligibility for Medicare Part D individual plan members and employer groups • Perform enrollment and disenrollment processes according to CMS Guidance • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines • Resolve member and client issues accurately and timely to support retention • Anticipate workflow needs based on CMS Guidance, established processes, policies and procedures • Work with minimal direction • Partner cross-functionally with operational business units • Support departmental objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of healthcare enrollment experience • 2-3 years of healthcare industry experience, including Medicare Part D experience and patient/beneficiary services (preferred) • Understanding of healthcare terminology and definitions (preferred) • Good to intermediate understanding of CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in a regulatory environment (preferred) • High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic • Ability to work in a team and independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility to work Saturdays, which may be required • Verifiable GED or high school diploma required • Bachelor's degree preferred
