📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients • Monitor productivity and performance standards • Plan and direct workflow and project assignments • Promote a positive team environment and share best practices • Coordinate schedules with RMG, ASA, and team workflow • Oversee and assist with complex escalations • Assist in developing programs and process improvements to enhance internal and external customer service • Oversee team and individual performance standards and ensure service metrics are met • Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees on quality, accountability, attendance, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ year(s) relevant experience • Pharmacy Technician license / certification / registration preferred • General PC knowledge required • MS Office, Internet, and email required • Strong skill level in Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx preferred • Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Strong basic math skills related to dosing calculations and basic Excel manipulation • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop and assist team members • Advanced problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues • Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
