📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day performance of iFIT's North American third-party logistics partners • Manage vendor relationships, regular cadence meetings, and onsite QBRs • Serve as the primary escalation point for 3PL operational issues • Review open order reports and 3PL workflow dashboards to ensure dwell time accuracy • Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped accurately and on time • Monitor exceptions and proactively resolve delays • Order pallets for inbound containers and coordinate incoming shipments with 3PL partners • Define, track, and report KPIs including fill rate, on-time ship, dwell time, and accuracy • Hold 3PL partners accountable to agreed service levels and escalate underperformance • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service on order stagnation, dwell time, and logistics escalations • Communicate inventory status and fulfillment updates to internal stakeholders • Review 3PL invoices for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies • Identify operational gaps, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cost

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations • Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception handling • Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico • Spanish language proficiency preferred • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred • Experience leading or participating in 3PL RFP processes including requirements gathering, vendor scoring, and selection preferred • Contract negotiation experience with 3PL providers including rate cards, SLAs, penalties, and renewal terms preferred
