📋 Description

• Lead and develop a global team of Recruiting Coordinators across EMEA, Americas, and APAC • Oversee interview scheduling and recruiting coordination operations • Design, implement, and optimize scalable coordination processes, workflows, and best practices across regions • Establish and monitor key operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement • Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective use of ATS, scheduling, and recruiting tools • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring goals and priorities • Lead coordination for complex hiring activities, including executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruiting events • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational excellence • Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives improving recruiting operations, scalability, and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, with team leadership experience • Proven experience managing or supporting global hiring operations across multiple regions • Strong experience in interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS systems • Experience building or optimizing processes, KPIs, and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization • Experience supporting high-volume, complex, or executive hiring is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
