📋 Description

• Define and drive a cohesive technology product strategy for the Medicare Stars Engagement Platform • Lead product roadmaps, capabilities, and OKR definition • Improve customer experience, operational excellence, and Stars performance • Manage the product feature and enabler backlog • Extend the product’s architectural and discovery runway • Partner with the Business General Manager, Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics in the Five in a Box product leadership team • Coordinate with architects, tech-ops, security, claims leadership, and claims processors • Support development and launch across multiple claims platforms • Define and socialize product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Assess investment priorities and develop business cases • Translate business needs into Epics and initiatives • Align roadmaps, backlogs, capacity, timelines, and commitments across product areas • Define and track product objectives and key results (OKRs) • Set discovery direction and facilitate product-level and agile ceremonies • Define features, identify dependencies, write user stories, and size future work • Monitor product, technical, and customer-feedback performance data • Coordinate product launches, beta testing, user feedback collection, and documentation • Facilitate cross-functional product leadership and stakeholder alignment • Showcase product-team delivery and outcomes to stakeholders • Champion product-management and agile mindsets • Promote a customer-centric team culture and communicate product health metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, or related field • 5+ years of experience in software product management, managing the lifecycle from discovery to launch through multiple releases in an agile environment • 3+ years of experience with outbound communications, including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and leveraging customer data for decision-making • Ability to support East Coast business hours • Experience with outbound communication platforms and technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, push notifications, SMS/RCS, IVR, and chatbots • Experience working in the healthcare payor industry • Experience ensuring messaging compliance with consent regulations such as TCPA or GDPR • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience • Experience working in an agile delivery model • Familiarity with Rally, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, and Figma • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills • Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills using data tools such as Jira • General understanding of programming and computer science concepts, including cloud technologies, DevOps, and AI/ML • Advanced oral and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
