📋 Description

• Manage broker and technology partner commission payments • Oversee commission calculations, payment systems, and broker relationship management • Ensure accurate and timely commission payments • Develop and maintain commission calculation systems • Respond to broker inquiries and resolve payment issues • Monitor payment accuracy and reconciliation • Maintain documentation of commission agreements • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Technology teams • Implement process improvements for efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years working experience • Experience managing commission payment processes or ownership of F&A responsibilities • Advanced Excel skills • Python experience • Ability to develop and implement commission calculation methodologies • Experience with broker compensation agreements and contract terms or ability to learn on own quickly • Experience with process improvement and automation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills for broker interactions • Knowledge of commission payment platforms and systems • Strong understanding of broker compensation structures and payment systems, specifically for voluntary benefits including Group Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity • Experience handling broker inquiries and resolving payment disputes • Understanding of broker of record (BOR) changes and implications • Background in operations or financial processing • Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements • Experience partnering with sales teams and understanding sales compensation structures • Proficiency in commission management systems and financial software • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience • This remote role does not support sponsorship
