📋 Description

• Use replenishment systems and internal tools to predict future product demand across supplier lines and categories • Support promotional and seasonal reviews and adjustments • Purchase necessary products and maintain target stock levels while achieving inventory goals • Collaborate with the Merchant Team and Supplier Partners • Support expediting and vendor minimum analysis and adjustments • Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies • Track KPIs including in-stock rates, fill rates, and on-time and in-full deliveries • Ensure promotional and planogram readiness • Support inventory planning and purchasing activities for the Navarro and yMás/yMás Elements businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting or inventory management • Proficiency in supply chain planning systems • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams • Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
