📋 Description

• Deliver performance improvement services to healthcare systems through billable client work • Lead and participate in engagement workstreams • Determine client needs based on statements of work, interviews, and analytical methods • Obtain data, conduct or oversee analyses, interpret findings, and develop conclusions • Perform quality assurance on workstream deliverables • Develop recommendations, potential solutions, presentations, and client deliverables • Execute project plans and support implementation of recommended improvements • Manage workstream project activities, budgets, expenses, economics, risks, and issues • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using Premier and client data • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Identify market opportunities, contribute to sales presentations, and identify profitability improvements • Complete annual required training

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor's degree required • Implant (CRM, Spine, Ortho or Trauma) experience required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in producing client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US
