📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management • Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates, schedule shipments, and track deliveries in real time • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts • Work with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies • Communicate with sales, procurement, customer service, and other internal departments • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize transit times • Resolve logistical issues and delays promptly • Maintain accurate logistics records and generate KPI reports • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies • Use logistics software and systems to manage shipments, track inventory, and analyze data

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, or similar role • Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and transportation methods • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • High school diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous • Reliable internet connection • Dedicated home office space conducive to productivity
