📋 Description

• Direct team activities, including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events • Identify and address obstacles or impediments hindering team progress • Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders • Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams • Support the Product Owner with product backlog management and prioritization • Develop strategies to monitor and measure team progress through established metrics • Promote self-organization and autonomy among team members • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity • Develop policies and procedures for the agile governance framework • Collaborate with departments on project management tools, tracking systems, communication platforms, and automation frameworks • Lead agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and gain stakeholder buy-in • Research emerging agile concepts and industry benchmarks • Create a repository of academic research on agile practices, Lean thinking, team dynamics, and organizational change • Decide on project management tools and collaboration platforms to improve productivity • Report insights and visibility into agile initiative progress and outcomes • Develop cross-functional collaborations for information-sharing and resource distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or related certification required • Adept at execution and delivery skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills • Mastery of growth mindset skills • Resource manager / people leader experience preferred • Healthcare background with focus on Medicare and Medicaid lines of business preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Specialized training or relevant professional qualification
