📋 Description

• Lead the Field Strategy and Support team in delivering tools, resources, and support for the field Asset Protection team • Own the myAP Health Program, including platform oversight, feedback collection, enhancements, innovation, engagement strategy, and success measurement • Manage the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool and drive its evolution by integrating resources and solutions across teams • Monitor shrink trends and identify loss-mitigation strategies across front store and pharmacy • Define the strategic approach for District Asset Protection Leaders to prioritize time and focus on high-need stores • Drive the Operational Excellence program and establish measures for operational risk, recognition, and accountability • Lead the Priority Store Program to identify risk and opportunity and improve store outcomes • Define and track program success metrics, business impact, and field execution outcomes • Partner with field operations, store operations, pharmacy operations, and supply chain on initiatives, risks, and integration opportunities • Collaborate with AP Analytics, AP Applications, and AP Investigations to design and support field solutions • Translate business needs and field insights into scalable programs, actionable tools, and continuous improvement opportunities • Drive follow-through and accountability for field execution, impact measurement, and program adoption • Shape communication strategy across the Asset Protection organization to support alignment and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related field • Experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment • Ability to analyze business trends, identify risk, and translate findings into practical, scalable action • Experience building partnerships across multiple business functions to influence outcomes and drive alignment • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills • Experience leading teams and developing talent • Preferred: Experience supporting field-based operations at scale • Preferred: Knowledge of shrink trends, asset protection strategy, and operational risk mitigation • Preferred: Experience with program design, adoption, and impact measurement
