📋 Description

• Direct operations of the team and oversee the product portfolio • Conduct market analysis and drive new product development • Set pricing and promotion strategies • Measure performance and ensure regulatory compliance • Establish procedures for product strategy development, including market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence • Prioritize initiatives, define product features, and establish a market-aligned roadmap • Assess customer needs, preferences, and pain points to guide product decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally to define product vision, target markets, and strategic goals • Establish product requirements and prioritize features with engineering and design teams • Monitor product performance and market trends, making data-driven decisions on enhancements, updates, or retirement • Promote cross-functional communication and coordination • Define value propositions and product positioning and communicate product features and benefits • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop product managers and team members • Design, enhance, and manage patient and clinician experiences, processes, protocols, assessments, and workflows • Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and matrix partners • Evaluate KPI and SLA performance and deliver quality improvement plans • Use data-driven insights to identify and prioritize enhancements • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify innovation and process-improvement opportunities • Own the end-to-end product Benefit Integration component, ensuring scalable, secure systems aligned with long-term business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management/development, product operations & strategy, or program management within the healthcare space, preferably at a health tech, tech-enabled provider, or Payor/PBM organization • 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing work based on impact and team priorities • 5+ years of experience developing analyses, presentations, and support materials to drive product strategy decisions and deliver operational process change • 5+ years of experience in strategic thinking including quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills • 5+ years of making informed, data-driven decisions and translating data insights into actionable strategies • 4+ years of experience managing relationships at a senior level and building and maintaining credible relationships at varying levels • 2+ years managing one or more employees • Experience within the care delivery and management industry preferred • Experience in management consulting preferred • Expertise in vendor contracting and relationship management preferred • Bachelor's Degree required; comparable work experience may be considered • Master's or other advanced degree preferred • Occasional travel required (10–20%)
