📋 Description

• Partner with New England Commercial market leadership to provide strategic compliance guidance and support • Design, develop, and implement compliance strategies aligned with business priorities and regulatory obligations • Promote a culture of compliance through targeted education and training • Represent the New England Commercial market and liaise with Legal, Corporate Compliance, Network, and State Government Affairs • Provide day-to-day compliance support and advise on conduct involving regulators, customers, brokers, and employees • Interact with state regulatory bodies and serve as a primary contact for state regulatory compliance matters • Integrate compliance practices into operational decision-making and risk management processes • Identify and mitigate regulatory risks while supporting strategic business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years working experience in compliance, legislation, regulatory or similar functions • Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear business actions • Healthcare industry experience • Demonstrated leadership skills in project management, leading teams, implementing operational policies and procedures, and/or business consulting • Experience in problem solving and decision-making • Experience in collaboration and teamwork • Ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization • Experience in growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Experience in strategic thinking • Experience in execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Experience in business intelligence • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to develop persuasive communications, build credibility, and influence internal stakeholders, business partners, senior leadership, and regulators • Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualifications
