📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology products in Aetna Web Services (AWS) • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives • Partner with AWS Cloud Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences • Establish product KPIs and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and value realization • Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across cross-functional organizations • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners • Foster a customer-centric and data-driven culture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in the health care domain • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience • High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience as an alternative to the bachelor’s degree • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred • Prior experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment preferred
