📋 Description

• Own and manage the team backlog • Communicate and negotiate effectively with various management levels • Strategically integrate healthcare concepts to enhance member experiences • Document decisions, workflows, control points, and business processes concisely • Coordinate across program teams to track business readiness • Develop executive reports to showcase progress • Support Agile methodology implementation • Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities • Collaborate with other teams to ensure workflow processes are addressed • Utilize creative and analytical skills to translate business needs into project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential • 5+ years of Salesforce technology experience • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile environments • 5+ years of experience working in Agile / SAFe environments • 5+ years Advanced skill level with Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Rally
