📋 Description

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and the annual budget with the Retail FP&A Director • Establish financial targets and allocate resources with key stakeholders • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the retail segment • Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Data Engineering to maintain data integrity • Support implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system • Lead a cross-functional IT, Finance, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Accounting team through project completion • Oversee variance, trend, and profitability analyses • Provide senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for business alternatives • Build financial models for strategic decision-making and long-term planning • Evaluate business units, product lines, and projects for improvement and growth opportunities • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, coach team members, and foster a high-performing team environment • Manage and provide day-to-day guidance to a direct report

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A, Finance, or related experience • 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising organizations • 2+ years of experience managing a team • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes • Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence business and technology partners, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or equivalent experience
