📋 Description

• Develop investigator grant/site budgets during the proposal process and revision generation • Contribute to clinical trial budgets • Manage and oversee clinical site budgeting tools • Generate global investigator site budgets for Precision’s proposal process, coordinating with vendors and third parties as appropriate • Assist with coordination and accountability for the proposal preparation process • Support the Proposal Team with full project budgets using Excel-based costing tools and financial formulas • Participate in strategy meetings • Identify key components in proposal budgets and client materials and apply them to investigator grant site budgets • Develop full site budgets reflecting study design and proposal assumptions • Assist with change orders for ongoing studies, including budget development, revisions, and justification • Communicate with clients to support change-order delivery and adjustments • Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany reporting requirements, including financial analysis of budgeted studies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site budget and/or proposal development in the life sciences arena • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills • Ability to work independently toward delivering high quality, client-ready operational budgets and proposals • Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to quickly shift priorities • Detail oriented, with high focus on quality • High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Minimal travel required for company meetings • Strong knowledge of investigator grants development and site budgeting techniques • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite • Experience with Grants Manager or similar investigator site budgeting tools • Knowledge of additional customer-related management tools • Basic medical terminology • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
