📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to increase and retain company membership • Create and manage cross-functional project plan development and execution • Develop technical aspects and follow-up of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses • Communicate direction for Product Implementation processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors • Analyze company programs and initiatives against goals • Establish processes for project plan development, implementation, and execution • Collaborate across departments on business unit strategies for healthcare and regulatory customers • Progress product vision and strategy for company systems • Solve customer needs through business requirements and product strategy • Approve departmental product and technical strategies • Elevate project risks and recommend alternative solutions to minimize delays and costs • Manage team budget, performance, compliance, workforce planning, and succession planning
