📋 Description

• Support the successful deployment of Cross Country Workforce Solutions (WFS) and Intellify (VMS) solutions for clients. • Lead projects, workstreams, and all phases of implementation projects. • Coordinate implementation activities and communication among internal teams and external clients. • Lead project plans, timelines, and task assignments. • Follow up on implementation milestones and tasks using Teams and Smartsheet. • Develop client-facing and internal PowerPoint presentations and Intellify training materials. • Lead offshore team members on special projects and post-launch client support during the hyper-care period. • Host Intellify training for internal and external stakeholders. • Update project and executive dashboards using PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Excel. • Communicate project updates and status to internal stakeholders. • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and client communications, in Excel and Smartsheet. • Generate project progress and milestone reports. • Collaborate to resolve challenges and ensure smooth project progression. • Maintain expert knowledge of Intellify delivery models: MSP, VMS, and Tech Only. • Assist with PMO training documentation, project templates, and project artifacts. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience in healthcare or staffing industry is preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare implementation projects, programs, or account management. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. • Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. • Highly organized. • Demonstrated analytical sense with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency in Smartsheet is required. • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint required. • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other Service Desk applications. • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
