📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through project close • Serve as the primary client contact and own a high-quality client experience • Partner with the Delivery Manager to deliver implementation phases on time and support long-term client success • Lead scoping and discovery sessions to understand and document business requirements • Configure ServiceTitan environments according to client needs and best practices • Train clients on software functions and create customized training resources • Ensure clients follow ServiceTitan standards and recommendations • Identify and escalate implementation risks and collaborate on solutions • Collaborate with data, training, product, leadership, and Delivery Manager teams • Stay current on new and in-development ServiceTitan functionality • Travel for client on-site engagements 20–30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant work experience, potentially combining client-facing work, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or home services industry experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience • Ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion and document thoroughly • Ability to think several steps ahead and proactively address roadblocks and issues • Exceptional client relationship skills • Collaborative team-player orientation • Problem-solving ability and creative solutions • Ownership of project-plan tasks to support client delivery • Knowledge and previous experience with Excel and SmartSheet is a plus, not required
