📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions supporting Care Management • Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, well-governed system deployments • Drive delivery from design through go-live and post-launch stabilization • Manage scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across cross-functional teams • Establish governance structures, project frameworks, and performance measurement criteria • Synthesize clinical outcomes, operational performance data, and frontline feedback into executive-ready reporting • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology and process improvement opportunities • Manage system configuration, workflow design, and integration activities with IT and vendor teams • Select implementation approaches based on workflow complexity, risk, and business value • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning for core CM platforms • Partner with business leaders, IT, clinical operations, vendor management, and enterprise Program Management Offices • Define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes • Translate technical concepts, tradeoffs, and recommendations for stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree required • 2+ years of experience in technology implementation, systems configuration, or solution deployment including AI required • Fluent with a range of implementation and project management tools with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise systems • 3+ years project management and cross-functional delivery experience required • Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care industries preferred • Demonstrated ownership and initiative with a desire to drive significant, measurable results • Strong project management and analytical skills • High attention to detail
