📋 Description

• Support business development efforts for pharmacy network expansion, including partner evaluation, deal structuring, strategic growth planning, deliverable tracking, and leadership updates • Develop presentations, storyboards, and materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and recommendations to cross‑functional and senior stakeholders • Support strategic thinking and planning efforts aligned to the organization’s business priorities and future growth opportunities • Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and business analysis to inform business cases and strategic decisions • Partner with internal teams to help design and operationalize commercialization strategies for new and evolving B2B offerings • Synthesize insights and data into clear recommendations to support prioritization and execution decisions • Serve as a trusted working‑level partner to leaders across product, pharmacy, digital, and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, product, commercialization, or a related field • Experience supporting business development, including pitchbook development, leadership brief preparation, deal structuring, and deliverable tracking • Strong understanding of the pharmacy and broader healthcare landscape, with familiarity across payers, providers, PBMs, or pharma • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrixed organization • Comfort managing competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment • Experience building or supporting financial models and business cases • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure narratives, frame decisions, and facilitate productive discussions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive‑level polish • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise initiatives preferred
