📋 Description

• Develop and deliver analytics, reporting, and business insights supporting CVS Health's Retail Trade organization and manufacturer partnership strategies • Serve as the Retail Trade organization's subject matter expert for data sourcing, reporting, and analytics • Extract, validate, reconcile, and integrate data from multiple internal and external platforms • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools • Monitor, evaluate, and communicate ESPO and other program performance • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization • Generate actionable insights to quantify, defend, and enhance value delivered to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners • Support manufacturer business cases and analytical materials for partnership discussions and growth opportunities • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for Trade leadership, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders • Partner with Finance to align operational performance, reporting outputs, and financial results • Collaborate with Trade, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and other internal teams • Translate large, complex datasets into concise recommendations for leadership • Develop performance measurements, KPIs, and analytical frameworks • Support quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, and manufacturer-facing reporting materials • Improve reporting processes, data infrastructure, automation, and analytical capabilities • Help shape Retail Trade's data and analytics strategy • Represent Retail Trade Analytics in manufacturer engagements, QBRs, and strategic business discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, healthcare, retail, or a related field • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights • Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization • Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems and data environments • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes • Experience supporting manufacturer partnerships, trade analytics, pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or related commercial functions • Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar analytics platforms
