📋 Description

• Carry out and facilitate Scrum events • Remove impediments and promote collaboration • Support the Product Owner and drive continuous improvement • Ensure effective implementation of the Scrum framework • Support planning, coordination and tactical execution of IT projects across business and functional areas • Operate an agile-based SDLC for project or application/domain teams • Coach and mentor development and business managers/leads on agile methodology • Counsel Scrum teams on agile principles and values • Interpret agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and report key information and monitor progress • Use Agile tools to manage day-to-day Scrum activities • Develop insights from analytics and report on productivity, velocity and quality • Develop stakeholder communication strategies and incorporate feedback into process improvements • Facilitate the Scrum process and support the Scrum team • Implement sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms or knowledge-management tools • Coach team members, stakeholders and Product Owners on agile values, principles and practices • Interface with teams, stakeholders and external stakeholders to buffer potential obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years’ work experience • 2–5 years’ experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager • Adept at problem solving and decision-making • Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork • Growth mindset, agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering and supporting • Scrum Master Certification • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Understanding of software development • Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications • Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams • Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting and budgeting • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Ability to work primarily based on the Eastern Time Zone
