📋 Description

• Represent design across a broad, complex, and technical domain • Advocate for user needs, experience cohesion, and high-quality execution within a cross-functional leadership team • Design high-quality end-to-end experiences across products and services • Create prototypes, workflow diagrams, technical flows, information architecture, and experience models • Help teams frame problems, identify opportunities, and make decisions in ambiguous spaces • Apply systems thinking to connect user needs, business goals, technical constraints, dependencies, and integration points • Use human-centered design methods and user insights during framing, solutioning, and iteration • Drive tactical delivery and strategic impact in a rapidly changing environment • Incorporate AI capabilities, tools, and workflows into everyday work

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or a closely related discipline within a complex corporate setting • Fluency with industry-standard product design tools such as Figma • Ability to integrate common AI tooling such as Claude and Copilot into everyday work • Ability to operate independently with accountability and minimal supervision • Ability to frame problems clearly and move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution • Ability to break down complex design problems and connect work to broader user journeys, organizational context, and cross-functional systems • Strong communication and presentation skills • Preferred: Comfort leveraging research methodologies, insights, and data • Preferred: Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity for experimentation • Preferred: Openness to evolving tools and AI-enabled ways of working • Preferred: Comfort working in complex, regulated environments • Preferred: Attention to accessibility and inclusive design • Preferred: Experience creating microcopy or partnering with content design specialists • Preferred: Experience facilitating workshops or cross-functional design sessions • Preferred: Experience shaping AI-enabled conversational experiences through prompt design, content strategy, and conversational UX principles
