📋 Description

• Establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for Prevention & Wellness • Apply Prevention & Wellness knowledge to provide feedback for decisions and innovation strategies • Develop, implement, and coordinate designated prevention and wellness activities in the quality improvement and work plan • Evaluate, analyze, report on, and record outcomes of prevention and wellness interventions • Organize special or pilot health education interventions for targeted population initiatives • Produce and distribute quarterly community newsletters • Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required • Must reside in Florida • 3-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role • Customer service or call center experience preferred • HEDIS experience preferred • Working knowledge of execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting, preferred • Working knowledge of business intelligence preferred • Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred • Adept at collaboration and teamwork preferred • Adept at growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others, preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST • Dedicated workspace free of interruptions • Dependents must have separate care arrangements during work hours
