📋 Description

• Define, track, and report on product metrics including performance and profitability • Build and maintain robust data transformation models using dbt or similar frameworks to ensure analytics-ready datasets • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track product health and monitor product initiatives • Design and interpret A/B tests • Apply causal inference methods when A/B testing is not feasible to determine product efficacy • Develop ROI projections for analytics projects and prioritize deliverables by business impact • Tell compelling stories through data and articulate technical information to non-technical audiences • Collaborate with engineering, product, clinical operations, and data engineering teams • Support development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in a technical product analytics or data science role • Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools, including version control with Git • Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and statistical methods including regression, clustering, or predictive modeling • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Experience with Python or R • Experience working with data engineering teams to develop data pipelines • Power BI experience preferred • Familiarity with advanced causal inference techniques such as instrumental variables preferred
