📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for the Epic electronic health record platform and integrated clinical informatics tools • Own product requirements for the electronic fax domain, including centralized medical records efficiency, clinical documentation and medical records access, and order management • Define product vision and strategic direction aligned with senior business and engineering leaders and OKRs • Define the product roadmap and manage the day-to-day backlog and prioritization • Assess product value, develop business cases, evaluate buy-versus-build opportunities, and identify scaling opportunities across business units • Coordinate with engineering, data science, and user design partners in an agile environment • Conduct user research, document product requirements, and ensure products meet user needs • Manage product launches, training materials, and end-user documentation • Identify product improvements through quantitative analysis and user feedback • Deliver executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and decisions • Develop testing procedures and governance for onsite, monthly, and quarterly Epic assessments • Partner with training and change management teams to support readiness, adoption, and feedback for Epic releases • Support approval of product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps • Support recruiting, hiring, and development of product and informatics talent

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics • Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience managing, configuring, or overseeing Epic software, modules, and tools within a healthcare enterprise • BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field • Experience building and launching AI products • Epic certification(s) in one or more relevant modules (preferred) • Experience in Value Based Care and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred) • Experience in healthcare, digital health solutions and/or EHR integrations (preferred) • Subject matter expertise in electronic fax, medical record management, and order management (preferred) • 4+ years as a Product Manager (preferred) • Experience with data analytics and core healthcare metrics (preferred) • Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful and quantifiable impact to the business (preferred) • Proven ability to drive strategic decisions, take ownership, and coordinate resources • Ability to work with senior-level stakeholders and translate complex technical topics for varied audiences • Data-driven approach to measuring product impact and evaluating success with analytics teams • Skills in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology
