📋 Description

• Maintain a prioritized backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and keep delivery velocity on track • Build release plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and surface risks with mitigation options • Lead customer implementations, pilots, training, and feedback loops • Iterate features based on real-world call-taker feedback • Define KPIs such as call-handling time and AI adoption rate • Instrument product analytics and adapt the roadmap based on measurable outcomes • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain CJIS and SOC 2 compliance • Provide product expertise for marketing, sales, and support collateral • Brief internal teams ahead of each release • Promote proactive communication, celebrate wins, and refine processes to improve predictability and team satisfaction • Lead execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of mission-critical software products supporting public safety and emergency communications

🎯 Requirements

• United States Applicants Only • 5–10 years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership roles • Demonstrated experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery • Deep hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and serving as Product Manager when needed • Proven ability to manage and prioritize backlogs, lead sprint ceremonies, and maintain predictable delivery velocity • Strong experience building and managing release plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies • Track record of leading customer implementations, pilots, or phased rollouts in production environments • Advanced ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs to drive roadmap and delivery decisions • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or similar • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including collaboration with engineering, security, infrastructure, sales, and support teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication • Must pass FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
