📋 Description

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled health assistant experiences within Health100 • Identify opportunities to apply AI, personalization, and intelligence to connected health data • Translate customer needs, healthcare journeys, longitudinal health records, clinical context, and ecosystem data into product requirements, user experiences, and measurable outcomes • Partner with engineering, design, data science, clinical, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and business teams to define, test, and deliver safe AI-enabled capabilities • Lead discovery and experimentation for health record summarization, lab and diagnosis explanation, trend interpretation, medication understanding, symptom triage, prescription guidance, pre-appointment preparation, next-best actions, coaching, and care navigation • Define success metrics for customer outcomes, engagement, product performance, quality, safety, trust, and business value • Use data and feedback to learn and iterate • Balance customer impact, clinical safety, responsible AI, business priorities, technical feasibility, and speed to market in product prioritization • Influence partners and senior leaders on product direction, trade-offs, ecosystem integrations, technology choices, and build-versus-buy decisions • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, customer impact, risk mitigation, AI trade-offs, and measurable progress in executive settings

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in a digital environment leading cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, and data-focused teams • 1-2 years of experience shipping user-facing AI-enabled/LLM products in the healthcare space in a product role • 7+ years of experience defining success metrics and using data, experimentation, and customer feedback to inform product direction • 7+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, clinical workflows, health data, interoperability, pharmacy, benefits, care navigation, or consumer health engagement • 7+ years of stakeholder management experience with influencing skills • 7+ years of experience translating complex technical, data, clinical, or operational concepts into product decisions, user experiences, and executive-level narratives • 7+ years of experience communicating with senior leaders • Ability to work east coast business hours • Up to 10% annual travel • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Familiarity with responsible AI considerations, including quality, safety, explainability, transparency, privacy, security, and user trust • Experience with platforms or ecosystems aggregating data across multiple sources, connections, or partners • Experience building products that help users interpret complex information, prepare for care interactions, understand next steps, or navigate multi-step journeys • Strong organization and attention to detail • Strong ownership and accountability • Bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset • Strong persuasion skills grounded in clear, data-driven reasoning • Passion for creating transformative user experiences grounded in direct customer engagement
