📋 Description

• Lead and oversee planning, execution, and completion of business-enablement projects • Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, operational plans, budgets, and resource allocations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project progress to stakeholders • Manage resources, budgets, risks, requirements, actions, and changes • Allocate accountability and assign responsibilities to project team members • Analyze project management practices and implement efficiency improvements • Approve project plans, budgets, and deliverables • Attend project meetings and coordinate across multiple departments • Communicate project direction and goals • Evaluate projects, monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action • Consolidate project information and provide reports and updates • Lead strategic discussions with business units, platform teams, operations, vendors, and external partners • Gather and analyze data to shape functional and non-functional clinical system requirements • Create end-user system capability maps for members, providers, care managers, and other users • Develop and maintain clinical-system job aids for training, UAT support, and quick reference • Define UAT and end-to-end testing scenarios and business acceptance criteria • Design and author test scripts, document defects, and collaborate on resolutions • Support system implementations through training, communication, and change management • Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience, preferably working on healthcare IT initiatives • Adept at development, execution and delivery skills • Adept at business intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving, decision making, and growth mindset skills • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution in a regulated healthcare setting • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple complex priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Able to influence across clinical, operational, and IT teams • Familiarity with enterprise health platforms, digital tools, and user testing frameworks • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
