📋 Description

• Develop programs and services supporting clinical and interoperability products • Build next-generation platforms and deliver use cases into products • Work on applications and products using forefront technologies • Support, enhance, and create new programs and services within Aetna Technology • Develop scalable solutions for data engineering pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software development • 2+ years in AI/ML-focused projects • 2+ years of programming experience in Python • Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch • 2+ years' experience with Gen AI/LLM/NLP/MLOps or similar methodologies • Backend development experience with enterprise-class applications • Knowledge of NLP and prompt engineering • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and Docker and Kubernetes • Ability to set up and optimize RDBMS/NoSQL data stores • Experience fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs • Solid understanding of rule-based processing and data-driven content generation • Understanding of architecture best practices for scalable data engineering pipelines • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience)
