📋 Description

• Design and build AI-powered capabilities across the software development lifecycle • Enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate agentic AI applications at scale • Develop agent orchestration, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure • Build scalable, production-grade solutions using Python, Java, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks • Provide technical leadership through architecture and design reviews • Mentor engineers • Identify and mitigate risks before deployment • Resolve complex production issues • Build reusable platform capabilities leveraged across multiple engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership and delivery of scalable, production-grade applications • Experience designing, building, and operating agentic AI applications in production, including LLM-powered and agent-based solutions • Hands-on experience with LangGraph and advanced agent orchestration patterns, including multi-step planning, sub-agent coordination, shared-state architectures, long-running workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, and debugging production agent systems • Strong software engineering expertise in Python, Java, and modern backend development • Experience designing and building scalable APIs and cloud-native services • Experience developing AI-powered user experiences, including Conversational AI, IVR systems, and generative UI applications • Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture and design reviews, mentoring engineers, resolving complex production issues, and building reusable platform capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience • High School diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience as an alternative educational pathway • Preferred: expertise in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, AI observability, and LLM security best practices • Preferred: experience with LLM fine-tuning, model optimization, performance tuning, and evaluation methodologies • Preferred: ability to define and implement best practices for AI governance, reliability, operational excellence, and production readiness • Preferred: background in platform engineering, observability, and distributed systems • Preferred: experience creating architectural designs, technical design documents, runbooks, and technical briefs • Preferred: experience working within Agile and SAFe methodologies in large-scale enterprise environments
