📋 Description

• Enable transparency of financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process • Manage recurring deliverables, reporting cadences, and select ad hoc projects • Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, including cross-sell strategy, from concept to execution • Identify opportunities to improve engagement models with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment • Create content for internal forums such as town halls, virtual leadership conferences, and senior executive leadership events • Create content for high-visibility external events such as sales summits and broker engagement events • Partner closely with DCS leadership and report directly to the DCS Chief of Staff • Run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives across Diversified Commercial Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field • Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences • Resourceful operator demonstrating ownership and strong accountability • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Successful collaboration with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures preferred • AI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools preferred • Bachelor's degree in a business field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing, or equivalent work experience • Hiring preference given to candidates available to work east coast hours
