📋 Description

• Serve as a thought partner across the distribution center network, prioritizing and synthesizing key issues • Define methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for performance and strategic decision-making • Support senior managers and VPs with follow-up and accountability on decisions, metrics, and projects • Coordinate labor and outbound volume planning models with distribution center leadership, planning, HR, and finance • Analyze volume, throughput, and staffing trends and develop mitigation strategies • Implement standardized planning tools and best practices across sites • Establish enterprise standards for labor forecasting and management • Create and develop dashboards and KPIs covering safety, quality, service, and cost • Perform independent data exploration and root-cause analysis across the distribution network • Prepare executive-level performance summaries and recommendations • Identify cost savings and productivity improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback • Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from the SCLT • Drive alignment and accountability for enterprise-level programs at site level • Track initiatives and facilitate resolution of roadblocks and cross-functional dependencies • Create presentations, talking points, and leadership messaging for frontline and executive audiences • Liaise with corporate functions including HR, IT, Safety, and Merchandising

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in distribution, operations management, or business strategy • Experience working directly with senior executives strongly preferred • Proven track record in labor planning, workforce analytics, or operational forecasting • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfort working with operational data and financial models • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity • Experience with labor management systems such as Manhattan or Kronos, warehouse management systems, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
