📋 Description

• Analyze and document business data and processes • Conduct root cause analysis • Create reports and other solutions to support business needs • Analyze and report on claim and encounter data • Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports on ad hoc and production bases • Identify, develop, and implement system enhancements or modifications supporting strategic goals • Assist with development and prioritization of system updates • Execute test scripts and report outcomes or defects • Interpret query results and develop short- and long-term solutions through completion • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be responsible for results • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1 plus years of relevant programming or analytical experience • Development experience and experience writing complex SQL queries • Experience working in a data warehouse environment • Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present information to various audiences • Strong collaboration skills within and across teams • Claims/Encounters experience in the healthcare industry • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • QNXT or Edifecs experience (preferred) • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files (preferred) • Experience with test script development and execution (preferred) • Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
