• Provide first-line technical support for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction • Receive, prioritize, and manage service requests across multiple communication channels • Document activities and resolutions in the service management system • Escalate complex technical issues and collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams • Ensure support activities comply with regulatory requirements • Communicate solutions and next steps to customers • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge development • Contribute to continuous service improvement • Support a critical hospital customer in mission-critical healthcare technology environments • Work in a field-based role, generally outside company facilities at customer or supplier locations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field with vocational education, or a bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required • Experience with PACS, imaging informatics, or Philips Vue PACS preferred; direct Philips Vue PACS experience is a plus but not required • High school diploma, vocational education, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Medical field, a Science-related field, or an equivalent discipline • Troubleshooting, customer service, technical documentation, and service operations skills • Strong on-premises IT, root cause analysis, product installation, product repair and maintenance, and KPI monitoring skills • Experience with regulatory compliance, data analysis and interpretation, and supporting customers in critical service environments is a plus • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and document technical findings clearly • Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New England territory • Ability to work in a field-based role
