📋 Description

• Provide telephonic patient contact and care • Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states • Make outbound calls to provide education and support for new medications • Support defined patient populations through telecommunications nursing outreach programs • Educate patients on medication adherence and disease states • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide meaningful patient experiences • Use critical thinking and customer service skills to interact with patients • Work Monday-Friday, 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. CST, in a full-time hourly role

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Texas or Arizona for this requisition • Must hold an unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas or Arizona • Must have multi-state/compact privileges and ability to obtain licensure in non-compact states, territories and the District of Columbia as needed • Must meet state-specific nursing board requirements • 3+ years of clinical RN experience • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Previous telephonic nursing experience preferred • EPIC systems experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • RN Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing
