📋 Description
• Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members • Deliver 40 hours of availability weekly • Maintain compliance with Video Visit requirements • Engage with management and clinical meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Full-time, board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant • Ability to conduct Video Visits • Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas • Experience with in-home health evaluations or telehealth delivery (preferred)
