📋 Description

• Work with clients to understand needs and design comprehensive Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and risk management across Azure and Microsoft 365 • Develop policies and controls for data classification, retention, and protection • Collaborate with the Purview Architect and client data governance and compliance teams • Monitor and manage data access and usage compliance using Purview data governance tools • Coordinate integration of Purview with Azure services and Microsoft 365 applications • Provide technical guidance to clients, team members, and stakeholders • Stay updated on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 compliance and data governance features • Execute technical designs with a lead Architect • Guide clients through implementation steps and serve as first point of contact for technical help • Create accurate, comprehensive as-built documentation for client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure aspects of Microsoft Purview • Experience with compliance, data loss prevention, classification, data governance, and risk management • Proficiency implementing and managing compliance solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure • Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, services, and security best practices • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and security configurations • Experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance management, and risk assessment functionalities • Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc. • Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications related to security and compliance • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar technologies • Background in IT compliance, risk management, or related fields • Experience deploying Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, and other Microsoft 365 and Azure tools • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Sanitized example deliverable demonstrating quality of written work • Must be located within North America
