📋 Description

• Drive territory growth by generating and closing new opportunities • Expand existing accounts for Cytek’s portfolio of Flow Cytometry instruments, reagents, and services • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and consultative value-based selling • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing ongoing support and identifying new opportunities • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the capabilities and benefits of Cytek’s spectral flow cytometry technology • Provide post-sales support, including follow-up visits • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize sales growth • Collaborate with Field Applications Scientists, Field Service Engineers, and Marketing teams to address customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Engineering or a related field • A minimum of 5 years of Life Science Sales experience • Capital equipment sales is preferred • A minimum of 3 years of experience in flow cytometry or a related field • A strong knowledge of Life Science Accounts and Laboratories throughout NY, NJ, CT • Proven ability to grow and manage successful sales territory by: • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and CRM systems • Experience succeeding in a remote, high-initiative role with strong ownership, prioritization, and customer follow-through.
