• Own and grow your personal book of business while consistently exceeding revenue targets • Directly manage and mentor 2–3 sales reps, providing coaching, deal support, and performance feedback • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion across the team • Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and complex deal execution • Reinforce a high-energy, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture • Ensure accurate, timely CRM data entry and reporting personally and across your team • Oversee event campaign execution in partnership with sales representatives to achieve revenue targets across existing and newly launched industries • Play an active role in new event launches and expansion into new industries
• 3+ years of experience in B2B events/conferences • 2+ years of sales management experience, including leading and coaching a team • Proven experience managing sales teams in a remote environment • Ability to travel regularly to live events • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree
