📋 Description

• Support the phased rollout of Davidson Connect, including data entry, cleanup, and validation before and after branch conversions. • Help with user testing and branch launches, guiding users through data, navigation, and workflow questions. • Build training resources and FAQs, and answer questions from Financial Advisors and branch associates. • Maintain CRM and Envestnet data, and share user feedback and training needs with the Director of Desktop Solutions. • Grow knowledge of other core Wealth Management applications and support team projects, communications, and the training calendar.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience in client service, application support, training, or financial services preferred. • Familiarity with CRM or other database applications. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle repetitive work accurately and confidentially. • Patient, service-minded communicator who explains technical steps in plain language. • Flexible, collaborative team player who adapts well to changing priorities. • Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
