📋 Description

• Manage Branch Managers through coaching, training, and direction • Ensure branch sales, customer service, profitability, and asset-management goals are met • Assist with hiring, training, performance management, evaluations, and corrective actions • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, procedures, and work instructions • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and transactions when necessary • Manage and follow up on Branch Visit Guides and deficiencies • Assist with inventory forecasting and ensure adequate product inventory • Resolve operational issues with DOM, Regional Manager, or corporate office • Monitor account sales and CRM activity • Review branch P&Ls and guide deficient areas toward improvement • Collaborate with Region and Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales goals • Act as a support line for sales • Develop branch staffing and talent pipelines with HR Business Partner • Participate in the Branch Manager Training program • Ensure employees receive required role training • Coordinate training with corporate office, HR, and company trainers • Liaise on branch openings, closings, relocations, and layout planning • Conduct real estate building and location evaluations • Perform additional projects and duties supporting business needs • Report to the Division Operations Director

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • 4 Year degree or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask • Ability to exercise good judgment • Product knowledge and understanding of the HVAC industry • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent computer knowledge including AS400 and Microsoft Office • General knowledge of HVAC wholesale experience • Knowledge of warehousing, inventory, and facility lease agreements • Strong knowledge of sales P&Ls • Strong work ethic and integrity • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations • Willingness/ability to travel regionally; outside regional travel can be requested
